The Prism is a 36-storey, 167-metre Grade A commercial office tower in Business Bay, developed by Credo Investments — a Dubai-based real estate development company specialising in innovative commercial and residential projects across the Middle East since 2005.

The architectural design was carried out by Dewan Architects & Engineers, giving the tower its distinctive prism-like silhouette that stands out in the Business Bay skyline. Construction began in December 2006 and the project was completed in 2011. The building covers a 66,000 sq.ft site on Happiness Street with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). The tower houses 290 offices across 30 commercial floors above a three-storey parking podium, with a total office space of 322,920 sq.ft and a typical floor plate of ~10,764 sq.ft. Offices range from 885 to 6,200 sq.ft and are available as fully fitted, ready-to-move, and shell-and-core configurations.
