The Anantara Downtown Business Tower is one of two 134-metre twin towers that make up the complex — the second being the Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, a 5-star hotel with 252 rooms and suites, operated by Minor Hotels' Anantara brand. Both towers share a four-storey podium car park and four basement parking levels, as well as the full hotel amenity package. Rani International Development is a Dubai-based real estate development company responsible for the Anantara Downtown Towers complex in Business Bay
This project was developed jointly with the Oberoi Group, one of Asia's most celebrated luxury hotel brands. The complex was originally conceived as The Oberoi Centre, a twin-tower landmark combining a Grade A commercial office tower with a luxury 5-star hotel on the banks of the Dubai Canal. Following the Oberoi Group's rebrand of the hotel to Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel in 2022 (under new management by Minor Hotels' Anantara brand), the complex was renamed Anantara Downtown Towers in 2023. DSA Architects International carried out the architectural design.
