Rani International Development

The complex was originally conceived as The Oberoi Centre, a twin-tower landmark combining a Grade A commercial office tower with a luxury 5-star hotel on the banks of the Dubai Canal. Following the Oberoi Group's rebrand of the hotel to Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel in 2022 (under new management by Minor Hotels' Anantara brand), the complex was renamed Anantara Downtown Towers in 2023. DSA Architects International carried out the architectural design.
