The architectural design was created by Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates (TVS Design), a globally recognised architecture firm. The tower's signature element is its curved, high-performance transparent glazed façade — a bent glass curtain wall system designed to reflect sunlight, minimise solar heat gain, and maximise natural light inside every office. Because of the tower's unique curved structure, no two office layouts within Vision Tower are identical — each floor has a distinctive footprint and view orientation. Offices range from half-floor units of approximately 5,000 sq.ft to full-floor configurations of up to 12,000 sq.ft, spanning Shell & Core, fully fitted and furnished formats. Total leasable office space in the tower exceeds 650,000 sq.ft, making it one of the largest dedicated commercial towers in Business Bay. Vision Tower's connectivity sets it apart from all other Business Bay offices: an exclusive pedestrian bridge connects the tower directly to Bay Avenue — Business Bay's integrated retail, hotel and dining hub — enabling tenants to access hotels, cafes, supermarkets and boutiques in seconds without stepping outside.
