The Binary Tower is one of Omniyat's most distinctive commercial achievements — a twin-tower office complex in Business Bay that reimagined what a workplace could be. Developed by Omniyat Properties through its subsidiary Binary Development Ltd, the project was launched in 2006 and completed in April 2015. The architectural design was executed by Dubarch and Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers — the façade, inspired by binary code, is a striking blend of steel and glass that reflects the dynamic waterside setting of the Dubai Canal. The complex consists of a 21-storey tower and a 24-storey tower, connected by five shared podium levels and sitting atop three basement levels, delivering 486,038 sq.ft of total office space. Standard offices range from 668 to 2,050 sq.ft and are available as shared offices (with access to games area, lounge and multiple meeting rooms), shell-and-core, and fitted configurations. Every unit includes an individual bathroom and kitchen/pantry provisions. The building is serviced by 7 high-speed elevators and features smart integrated building management (IBMS), biometric and RFID security access, VoIP telephony and wireless connectivity throughout. The complex's defining feature is Podium Five — a 59,527 sq.ft (270°) outdoor office terrace on the fifth podium level, the largest outdoor office space of its kind in Dubai. With 11,026 sq.ft of indoor space, 7 meeting rooms, a boardroom, sky pool, nap shells, and capacity for 150–175 people, Podium Five transforms the concept of the corporate workplace into an open-air campus. At ground level, 15 canal-facing retail units — cafes, restaurants, master chocolatier, pharmacy and banks — create a vibrant promenade directly on the Dubai Water Canal.
