Enara by Omniyat — The Inaugural Commercial Masterpiece, Redefining Corporate Life on Marasi Bay. Developed by Omniyat Properties through its subsidiary Forty Two Downtown Real Estate Developments, with architectural consultancy by KEO International Consultants and foundation work by International Foundation Group. Construction began in 2024 with handover expected Q1–Q2 2028. The project neared full subscription within months of its 2024 launch — a reflection of both the scarcity of the product and the strength of Omniyat's brand in the luxury commercial segment. Enara comprises 22 Shell & Core offices across three distinct configurations: 11 Grand Offices (from 8,321 sq.ft), 9 Ultra-Grand Offices (up to 11,829 sq.ft), and 2 bespoke Premium Triplex Offices (~38,630 sq.ft). Total office space is 378,603 sq.ft; retail is 33,074 sq.ft; and landscaped terraces cover 193,750 sq.ft — more than double the site footprint. Every office has its own private landscaped terrace, full-height windows, and exceeds BCO specifications. A signature feature is the vertical expansion capability: by opening staircases and voids, grand offices can be connected into duplex and triplex suites, allowing companies to grow within the same address. Every unit has direct dedicated lift access. The Private Members' Club spanning Levels 1–2 (28,451 sq.ft) provides Michelin-star dining, a bar lounge, coffee lounge, spa and fitness centre, a landscaped sky deck and a business lounge — with direct lift access from every office. Targeting LEED Platinum and Al Sa'fat Platinum certifications, Enara is also Omniyat's first project to be conceived as part of the Marasi Bay masterplan — positioned alongside The Lana by Dorchester Collection, VELA and VELA Viento, and the upcoming Marasi Bay Island.
