Park Lane Tower is a landmark 37-floor mixed-use tower in Business Bay, developed by IAH Project Development (through its subsidiary The Developer Properties LLC) and originally launched by KM Properties in 2006

The tower was designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott — known for the Opéra Bastille in Paris and the National Bank of Dubai — making it architecturally one of the most distinguished commercial towers in the district. Construction began in September 2007 and the tower was completed in March 2016. The master developer of the Business Bay community is Dubai Properties Group. At completion, the project was valued by Dubai Land Department at AED 353,742,000 (approx. USD 96.3 million). The company specialises in delivering complex mixed-use developments in compliance with UAE laws and regulations, with a focus on investor transparency through quarterly progress reporting and timely delivery. Park Lane Tower was completed through IAH's subsidiary The Developer Properties LLC, which took over the project in 2015 after the original developer KM Properties placed construction on hold. The tower was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Carlos Ott, whose portfolio includes the Opéra Bastille (Paris), Simcoe Place (Toronto) and the National Bank of Dubai.
