Bayswater's most recognisable feature is its X-shaped architectural silhouette — designed to resemble two slim towers inclined toward each other, forming the letter X. The profile is immediately identifiable from across the canal and serves as a natural visual landmark on the Business Bay skyline. The building was among the first commercial towers in Business Bay to deploy an integrated smart building system: biometric security access, elevators that recognise tenants as they approach and pre-select the right floor, voice-command workspaces, guest recognition via mobile phone or VoIP, wireless internet throughout, and an energy and business management system — all pioneering features for a 2010 delivery.
