The company's portfolio includes Ajman Marina and the Living Legends master-planned community in Dubailand, as well as two commercial buildings in Business Bay — The Exchange Tower (completed 2015) and The Court Tower (completed 2021). Tanmiyat focuses on premium mixed-use and commercial developments that serve both business and residential communities. The Exchange Tower was designed by MBA Engineering Consultancy, and serves as Tanmiyat's first completed commercial delivery in Business Bay.
