Qube Development has been registered with the Dubai Land Department as Developer No. 1692 since August 2023 and holds Dubai Economic Department licence 1043390. Its debut residential project, Cubix Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, is completed and handed over. The company's portfolio exceeded two million sq ft of development in 2024. Other projects include the 43-storey Midora Residences in JVC and Arisha Terraces in Dubai Studio City, reflecting its focus on design-led residential communities.
