IAH Project Development

The project was originally launched by KM Properties and completed to high standards by The Developer Properties LLC in February 2017. The master developer of the Artisan Cluster is Dubai Properties Group (part of Dubai Holding). Construction was carried out by Al Rostamani Pegel and Kele Contracting. At completion, the project was valued at AED 451,649,000 (approx. USD 123 million) per Dubai Land Department records.
