Empire Heights in Business Bay is GPD's flagship UAE project — delivered on time and valued by Dubai Land Department at AED 205,000,000 (approx. USD 55.8 million) at completion. Architectural consultancy was provided by Mazaya Consulting Engineers; main construction was executed by Dubai Civil Engineering.
