Al Ghurair Collection

Launched in Dubai on 10 October 2025, the Collection focuses on curated design rather than volume, and this canal-front tower is its first project. The wider group was founded in 1960 and operates in more than 20 countries, with roughly 28,000 employees. It has built and managed over 20,000 residential and commercial properties in Dubai, plus nearly 1,000 hotel rooms and serviced apartments. For Wedyan, that scale is paired with Kengo Kuma and Gustafson Porter + Bowman.
